My work is rooted in the belief that you are fully, beautifully human, in all of its wonder and all of its imperfection. Often what looks like a problem on the surface has deeper roots — old wounds, long-held patterns, a history that's still shaping the present. That's not a reason to feel hopeless. It's actually where the most meaningful work happens.

You are struggling to make sense of what happened, and why. You’re grieving, and can’t understand how this is ever going to get better.

I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you figure it out.
Together, we slow down, look honestly at what's happening, and build the inner resources and new skill set to meet life with new more steadiness and less self-judgment.
That means we start leaning into self-compassion first — learning to treat yourself with the same kindness you'd offer someone you love. It means building acceptance for the things you can't control, and capacity and resilience for the things you can. It means understanding where your patterns come from, so they stop running the show.
I am dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space for you to explore what is keeping you stuck and help you move past blocks and traumas in your life so that you can get to a happy and healthier place. I take pride in creating an environment where you feel supported, while also giving you the gentle nudge that you may need to challenge negative thoughts and beliefs in order to create more space for kindness and change within yourself. Taking the first step to reach out for help can be challenging. I am here to make it as easy as possible and support you through that process.
